I used to attend a leads group for small business owners. There were about twenty people in the group and if asked, every single one would say something like “providing superior customer value” is what makes them standout from the competition.
But what is “customer value” really and how do you know whether your business is providing it.
Ultimately, it comes down to revenue, if you’re offering value, people tend to buy and they tend to stick around and buy again.
