This is an excellent article. Shows a lot of insight (as well as writing skill). As you point out, beating people over the head to make them buy has never worked real well. I sometimes think of the sales process as trying to persuade others to eat more spinach...It's good for them...That thought takes a little edge off the process...Keep up the excellent work.</description>
